Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we strive to ensure that the product you receive matches the images displayed on our website. However, please note that due to differences in screen settings, slight variations in color might occur. If there are any significant differences, we will explicitly mention this in the product description.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt by logging into your account on our website. Navigate to the "My Orders" or "Order History" section where you'll find all your past transactions, including downloadable or viewable receipts for each purchase. If you can't find it there, check your email; we send a confirmation email with the receipt attached or linked shortly after your purchase is completed.

How can I return an item?
  1. Check if Eligible: Ensure the item can be returned within 30 days, unused, and in original packaging.
  2. Contact Us: Email info@rowmshi.com with your order number for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  3. Ship Back: Pack the item, include the RMA, and send it back. Use the provided return label if available, or cover shipping costs.
  4. Refund/Exchange: We'll inspect the item. If approved, refunds go to your original payment method or we'll guide you for an exchange.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
